Been living there from 2 years. 1630 rs maintaince fees + 22 rs everyday electricy charges (5kwt. For 8 it's 32).

Roof is full with dirts and water and dead birds . No maintenance. Security doesn't work properly. Even if you complain no action is taken.

I would suggest you sell your house and buy somewhere else.

Now the govt contract has been over and it's under private control now..
